Toucher & Rich: Kalman On Bruins 'Working Out Kinks'
BOSTON (CBS) - Bruins blogger Matt Kalman spoke with Toucher & Rich Tuesday about the team's latest loss, Nathan Horton, possible line moves and who has impressed him so far.
"They've played some strong defense, they've shown some spurts of good skill and I think right now it's just a matter of, just like any regular season, working out the kinks. Especially the forward lines, they seem to be just a little bit off maybe a step slow getting together and creating some chemistry here. If this wasn't the start of the Stanley Cup defense with so much attention on them we'd all be chalking it up right now to early season jitters," Kalman said.
They also went on to discuss the ineffectiveness of the Krejci, Lucic, Horton line so far.
With it being so early in the season would it be considered a panic move if Claude Julien tweaked the lines?
Could Horton be suffering from the hit he took in the Stanley Cup Finals?
