MassDOT Deploys 648 Crews To Treat Roads
BOSTON (CBS) - Crews are out across the state to clear snow and treat the roads.
By 10 a.m. Friday, MassDOT had deployed more than 648 pieces of snow and ice equipment on state roads.
"Crews continue to treat, plow state roadways as needed west, central, north," MassDot tweeted.
Light snow began falling Friday morning, with freezing rain expected into the evening.
Drivers are being advised to reduce speeds to be safe.
