Massachusetts Real Estate Market Continues Its Rebound
BOSTON (CBS) - Two reports Tuesday indicate April single-family sales were up as much as 22% compared to the same month a year ago.
Tim Warren at The Warren Group says the recovery is well underway. He says Massachusetts has seen positive year-over-year comparisons in single-family home sales in 9 out of the last 10 months. Warren says this shows sustained interest in purchasing a home.
