Mass. State Police May Need More Troopers

BOSTON (CBS) - If you're looking for work, the Massachusetts State Police might have a uniform for you.

According to the Boston Globe, the state police force is suffering a severe staff shortage.

The agency has lost about 400 troopers over the last five years, and 200 more are set to retire this year.

As a result, Gov. Deval Patrick is considering funding a new class of cadets, which would add 150 new troopers.
