Mass. Gas Prices Up 16 Cents In A Month
BOSTON (AP) — Gas prices in Massachusetts soared eight cents per gallon in the past week yet still remain well below the national average.

AAA Southern New England reports Monday that self-serve, regular jumped to an average of $3.87 per gallon, a nickel below the national average.
The current price is 16 cents higher than a month ago and 24 cents per gallon more than at the same time last year.

AAA found self-serve, regular selling for as low as $3.72 and as high as $3.99 per gallon.
