Mass. Gas Prices Drop 28 Cents In 6 Weeks
BOSTON (AP) — Gas prices are down in Massachusetts for the sixth consecutive week.
AAA Southern New England reports Tuesday that the cost of a gallon of self-serve, regular dropped four cents in the past week to an average of $3.61.

The cost has now dropped 28 cents in the past six weeks.

The current price is two cents below the national average for self-serve, regular and 22 cents less than at the same time last year.
AAA found self-serve, regular selling as low as $3.45 per gallon and as high as $3.89.
