Manchester, NH Police Seeking Suspect In Scooter Burglary

MANCHESTER, N.H. (CBS) -- Police are looking for a man who allegedly stole two scooters and a lawn edger from a garage at a Manchester, New Hampshire home early Wednesday morning.

Officers were called to a Green Street home around 3:20 a.m.

The suspect was caught on the victim's video surveillance. He appears to have short dark hair with sideburns and possibly a tattoo on his right forearm.

The man entered the unlocked garage, removed a gas-powered black scooter, a gray-and-white electric scooter and a green lawn edger, police said.

Police say the three items have a combined value of $500.

The victim did not realize the items were missing until 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

A cash reward may be awarded if a tip leads to successful identification and prosecution of the suspect.
