Man Wrongly Imprisoned For Murder Arrested On Drug Charges
ROXBURY (CBS) -- A man who served 14 years in prison for a murder he did not commit has been arrested on drug charges.
Shawn Drumgold was arrested this week in a drug raid in Roxbury.
Drumgold was released from prison in 2003. He won a $14 million lawsuit against the city of Boston, though that money has not yet been paid as a final judgment has not been rendered.
A lawyer who has represented Drumgold in the past believes Drumgold is innocent.
