Attorney: Man Who Tried To Open Plane Door Doesn't Remember It
BOSTON (CBS) — A North Carolina man who authorities say became disoriented and tried to open a cockpit door on a US Airways Express commuter jet from Maine to Philadelphia was released on $500 bail Friday.

Forty-one-year-old Michael Ensalaco, of Mooresville, N.C., was held briefly last night in Boston on a charge of interfering with the operation of an aircraft after the pilot diverted the flight to Logan Airport Thursday evening.
Ensalaco pleaded not guity at his arraignment Friday morning in East Boston District Court.
Ensalaco's parents told WBZ-TV he is a married father of five who has a history of seizures and likely had some sort of medical episode.
In court Friday, Ensalaco's attorney said his client suffers from a neurological disorder similar to sleepwalking and he doesn't remember the incident on the plane.
"He suffers from post-seizure syndrome, in which he has disassociation, confusion, and doesn't remember what he does," Ensalaco's attorney Michael Natola told reporters Friday.
Ensalaco works in the food service industry and was headed home from a business trip.
He had no comment for reporters after his arraignment.
He's been ordered to follow up with a doctor in North Carolina and return to court June 22.
