BU Researcher Stabbed, Robbed Of iPad In Brookline
BROOKLINE (CBS) – A man was stabbed, punched and robbed of his iPad in Brookline Tuesday night.
Two men wearing knit caps over their faces confronted the victim on Browne and Pleasant Streets around 8:30 p.m.
He was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center with minor wounds.
According to the Boston University website, the victim was a 30-year-old B.U. medical research assistant.
There have been no arrests.
There have been a rash of attacks aimed at college students in recent months.
Boston University sent out an alert to its students after the attack.
