Man Shot In Quincy Home Invasion
QUINCY (CBS/AP) - Police are investigating an overnight home invasion in Quincy that sent one victim to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the head.
It happened 90 Sumner Street at around 12:30 a.m. Friday.
Police say four people were in a condo when two suspects walked in.
Police say the man who was shot is in his early 20s and is the brother of the woman who owns the condo. She does not live there.
The victim was taken to Boston Medical Center where he is listed in critical condition.
Police were talking to a second man who left with the two men believed responsible for the home invasion and shooting.
Investigators did not immediately provide a motive, but say it does not appear to be a random act and it does not appear the suspects had to force their way in.
Police are are also looking for a Ford Explorer.
