Man Released In Drug Lab Scandal Re-Arrested For Cocaine Trafficking
BOSTON (CBS) – A Roslindale man who was recently released as part of the drug lab scandal has been re-arrested for trafficking cocaine.
Boston Police along with Cohasset, Weymouth and DEA Agents arrested 38-year-old Enrique Camillo at Logan Airport as he returned from the Dominican Republic.
More than 400 grams of cocaine and other drug paraphernalia were recovered at his Roslindale home.
He was ordered held on $100,000 cash bail.
Chemist Annie Dookhan is accused of falsifying drug results at a now-closed state drug testing facility. Officials say she may have compromised 34,000 cases.
Camillo is the first offender released in the wake of the scandal to be re-arrested.
