Man Accused Of Kicking Girl On Orange Line Faces Judge
BOSTON (CBS) - The man accused of kicking an 8-year-old girl on the Orange Line faced a judge Thursday.
Antwan Crawford is charged with assault and battery.
The judge set bail at $300 and ordered the 33-year-old man to stay away from the victim and the Orange Line.
Prior to allegedly kicking the girl, witnesses say Crawford was in a verbal altercation with another passenger who he believed had stepped on his sneakers. The girl was not seriously hurt.
The girl's mother took a picture of Crawford who was recognized by police at Bunker Hill Community College where he had previously been arrested for trespassing.
