Police Chase Ends With Fiery Crash In Lynnfield
LYNNFIELD (CBS) – A police chase ended with a fiery crash in Lynnfield on Monday.
A pickup truck crashed into a pole on the median of Route 1 near the Lynnfield Tunnel and burst into flames.
Massachusetts State Police said the driver of the pickup was wanted by police in Peabody. State Police and Peabody officers were pursuing the truck at the time of the crash.
The suspect was flown to the hospital. Police did not release the suspect's name or condition.
