Lowell Man Charged With Assault After Road Rage Incident
LOWELL (CBS) – A Lowell man is charged with assault with attempt to murder after striking and injuring another man with his car Monday.
22-year-old Carlos Rodriguez is accused of hitting the man, after tailgating the alleged victim's wife's car, and throwing objects at her vehicle.
When the husband showed up in his vehicle and got out, prosecutors say Rodriguez backed up, revved his engine, and drove his Honda Civic at the victim, sending him up in the air and onto the car.
