Lowell Woman Found Guilty In Deadly Road Rage Shooting
LOWELL (CBS) – A Lowell woman was found guilty Tuesday for a 2018 road rage confrontation that turned deadly.
Graciela Paulino, 22, was convicted of voluntary manslaughter in Marc Devoe's death.
Prosecutors say she shot the Peabody man in the chest near the Lowell Commuter Rail station last February.
The defense had claimed Paulino acted in self-defense.
Paulino is set to be sentenced November 1.
