'Love You Daddy': Brady's Children Show Off Homemade Sign Cheering On Patriots

BOSTON (CBS) – Fans around New England will be rooting on the New England Patriots Sunday when they play for the AFC championship. A trio of young fans in particular have a special rooting interest in the game.

On Saturday, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady posted a picture of his three children holding up a homemade sign.

"Go Patriots!! Love you Daddy!!!" is written on a poster board in markers. Brady posted the photo with the hashtag #hometeam.

Beneath the message are the three handprints of Brady's children, Jack, Vivian and Benjamin.

Brady has been active on Facebook this year. He's posted playful jabs at his opponents throughout the year, while also having some fun at his own expense along the way with childhood pictures, his old resume and a New Year's Eve message that said "We're on to 2015."

The Patriots host the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Championship Game Sunday at 6:40 p.m. The winner advances to the Super Bowl to take on either the Green Bay Packers or Seattle Seahawks.
