Loss Tough To Take For Patriots Fans
BOSTON (CBS) - It's going to take some time to get over this loss. Patriots' fans are still in a stunned state of disbelief after the team lost to to the Jets yesterday here at Gillette Stadium.
It seemed today that no matter how much it hurt to do so, fans couldn't help but relive the game and the season as soon as they woke up this morning.
At Phil's Barber Shop in West Roxbury, the team was the talk of young and old alike. Same story at Jake and Joe's sports bar in Norwood, not a single screen showing highlights of the game in question.
Locals instead chose to focus on Boston's other major league teams.
