Level 3 Sex Offender Charged With Exposing Himself To Kids In Brookline Library
BROOKLINE (CBS)- A man registered in Massachusetts as a Level 3 Sex Offender is accused of exposing himself to children twice in the past two weeks at the Coolidge Corner Library.
Police say they arrested John A. Beyers, 67, of Boston on Friday.
Beyers is charged with three counts of Open and Gross Lewdness.
The Brookline Tab reports that Beyers allegedly exposed himself to a 7-year-old girl in the children's section of the library during one of those incidents.
Beyers has a history of similar offenses dating back to 2001, with at least seven convictions in that time.
He was arrested in 2010 after an MBTA Green Line passenger snapped a photo of him following an alleged incident and posted it to Twitter.
