Pink Children's Chairs Recalled For Excessive Lead Levels

WASHINGTON (CBS) – Thousands of pink children's camp chairs, moon chairs and swings are being recalled over lead concerns.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced that 6,000 Leisure Ways chairs have excessive levels of lead in their screen printing and violate the federal lead paint standard.

More Recall Information

The recalled chairs were made in China and sold out grocery stores and drug stores nationwide since January for between $10 and $50. They have "Distributed by: Far East Brokers and Consultants, Inc." and "Tracking # November/2015" printed on the tracking label sewn into the seat of each chair.
