Left Of Barack Obama? Shut The Front Door !!
Did you see the headline......"Barack Obama about to be attacked from the left?" I may have argued for anyone to be "left" of the President is impossible.....but guess what.....it's happening....and the attack is coming from Massachusetts...again.
It's standing room only for people on the "right" of BHO....Republicans from far and wide ready to attack the socialism-inclined President for his leftist leadership in this country. But there's a new candidate on the scene......as of today...10/24/11...Jill Stein is running for President of the United States and she"s going after the big-guy.....from the left. Yes, Dr. Jill actually IS to the left of Obama and she has decided to take him on. She's got far more credentials to be President than Barack Obama ever had (short of his charisma) but her chances of putting any fear into the heart of the community organizer are virtually nil. She has run for public office several times in Massachusetts, including two shots at the Governors office, and has had trouble attracting flies, to say nothing of votes. She's a Green candidate......a Rainbow candidate (apparently can't decide on her favorite color) and yes it's true.......she actually comes up to the "left" of our President and even my left loony friends will agree......that's some accomplishment.
In Jill's formal announcement today, the doctor says "America deserves a green New Deal that provides a secure future for everyone and the planet we depend on." Yes...she really did say that. What? Well shut the front door..... Just the other day I was thinking, I do deserve a green New Deal that provides a secure future for me and the planet I depend on. Honest I was. Dr. Stein also wants to stop the Wall Street robbery of Main Street (she loves the Occupy Wall Street unwashed) and if elected President, her Green New Deal will employ every American...yes every American willing to work for climate change, converging water, soil and fisheries, bike paths and sustainable organic agriculture. Huh?
