Lavarnway, Kalish In Red Sox Lineup vs. Twins

The Red Sox lineup Thursday night will feature Ryan Kalish in right and Ryan Lavarnway behind the plate, joining former-prospect Will Middlebrooks, who has already earned the everyday job at third base this season.
