LACONIA, N.H. (AP) — Police say two schools in Laconia, N.H., were put in lockdown mode after a school administrator reported seeing two males outside with what appeared to be a rifle.
Police say the pair were spotted near Laconia High School Tuesday afternoon. Both that school and the nearby Woodland Heights Elementary School went into lockdown mode while police searched the area. State police brought in a search dog but were unable to locate the subjects.
