Kraft, Belichick, Spikes On Potential Witness List For Aaron Hernandez Trial
BOSTON (CBS) – More than 300 people are listed as potential witnesses for the prosecution in the upcoming murder trial of former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez.
Among them – Patriots owner Robert Kraft, head coach Bill Belichick and former Patriot and current Buffalo Bills linebacker Brandon Spikes.
Belichick is listed as "William Belichick" in the documents, which were released Monday by the Bristol Superior Court Clerk's Office.

The papers show 305 names on the list of the prosecution's potential witnesses in the trial of Hernandez, who is charged with murdering Odin Lloyd in North Attleboro in June 2013.
Hernandez's attorneys had asked for the judge to order prosecutors to trim down that list, arguing that it's "inconceivable" that they could call everyone.
The judge denied the motion.
The trial is scheduled to start in January in Fall River.
