Kittery Restaurant Wins Golden Ladle Trophy In Portsmouth, NH Chowder Cook-Off

PORTSMOUTH, NH (CBS) - Warren's Lobster House in Kittery, Maine took home a pretty prestigious award on Saturday.

The restaurant won the Prescott Park Arts Festival's chowder cook-off.

The annual chowder festival draws more than 4,000 people each year and features more than a dozen restaurants competing for the coveted Golden Ladle trophy.

As part of the prize, Warren's got the Golden Ladle trophy as the people's choice for best chowder.

This year marks the 29th year it has been held.
