Defense attorney Barry Wilson is trying to discredit businessman Ronald Wilburn saying he mainly worked odd jobs and wasn't really the night-club consultant he claimed to be.
During testimony for the prosecution Friday morning Wilburn said in September 2007, he was supposed to have a final meeting with Turner to give him 600-dollars and get the bribe on tape for the FBI.
However, Wilburn says he got nervous and lied about bringing the money when Turner's secretary 'asked' him about it.
