Jon Keller recently sat down with Rep. Stephen Lynch to discuss health care and other issues on Capitol Hill.
If the Supreme Court votes down the health care law, Lynch said he hopes for:
- A tax set for 2018 as part of the Affordable Care Act is repealed
- An anti-trust exemption given to insurance companies is repealed
- A state-operated public option is established
"That's probably the best reform you could hope for," said Rep. Lynch.
