BOSTON (CBS) – Thursday night, President Barack Obama presented his American Jobs Act.
It's a 450-billion dollar plan that calls for tax cuts for all working Americans, more spending on construction and extending unemployment benefits.
He pressured congress to pass it as soon as possible.
