Keene, NH Armed Robbery Suspect May Be Linked To Other Crimes
KEENE, NH (CBS) - Police think a man arrested following a convenience store robbery in Keene, New Hampshire on Friday could be responsible for others in the area.
Investigators say the suspect pulled a handgun on a clerk at Romy's Market on Marlboro Street and made off with cash from the register.
Officers were able to get a description from witnesses, as well as the license plate from the alleged getaway car.
Police tracked down 30-year-old Adam J. Burns of Keene. He was arrested and charged with armed robbery.
A search warrant of Burns'home allegedly turned up several items used during the robbery.
Burns could be linked to the other convenience store robberies in Keene and Swanzey, officers said.
