Keefer Madness: Daniel Bryan Of The WWE Subdues Burglar
BOSTON (CBS) - Whether it's a strong segment or not (ahem, Dan Shaughnessy), Keefer Madness remains a nightly feature on 98.5 The Sports Hub's The Adam Jones Show. It's the time of the program where Rich Keefe normally sheds light on the weirder stories around the nation, and on this latest edition it certainly fits the bill.
WWE fan favorite Daniel Bryan has been out with a neck injury, so there hasn't been any news of him inside the ring. Outside the ring, however, is a different story. He and his wife Brie Bella, also a wrestler, were coming home the other night when they ran into two burglars ransacking their home.
The thieves took off running . . . and so did Daniel Bryan.
Bryan chased down one of the burglars, put him in a submission hold and waited for the police to arrive.
The lesson? Never rob the house of a professional wrestler.
