Jury Deliberations On Hold In Mattapan Quadruple Murder Trial
BOSTON (CBS) – Jury deliberations in the retrial of a man accused of killing four people in Mattapan have been postponed until Monday.
The district attorney's office said Friday that one of the jurors in Dwayne Moore's trial had fallen ill, so deliberations would be suspended.
Moore, whose first trial ended in a hung jury, is on trial for the killings of three adults and a toddler during a drug robbery in September of 2012.
