Judge Allows Kraft's Representatives To Speak At Foxboro Meeting
BOSTON (CBS) - New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft went to court to ask that his representatives be allowed to speak to selectmen about an ongoing dispute involving two billboards.

A federal judge granted him a temporary restraining order Tuesday which forces the town of Foxboro to allow Kraft's people to speak at a public Board of Selectman meeting tonight.
Kraft accused the town of civil rights violations.
He claims Foxboro officials have refused to allow his representatives to speak about a dispute over two billboards on property he owns near Gillette Stadium.
The dispute centers on whether the town or Kraft has control of the billboards.
The restraining order means Kraft will be able to make his case during the public portion of the selectman's meeting.

"We're simply protecting our rights as landowners and citizens. It's a shame that we had to go to federal court to be allowed to speak at a public meeting. We're pleased that the court ruled promptly on this matter," Jeff Cournoyer, spokesman for The Kraft Group, said in a statement Tuesday afternoon.
