Holy Family, Lamb Taken From Quincy Square Nativity Scene

QUINCY (CBS) ---  Jesus, Mary, Joseph and a lamb were taken from the nativity scene in Quincy Square sometime overnight.

WBZ NewsRadio 1030's Karen Twomey reports

Quincy Police tweeted the "be on the lookout alert" Thursday morning.

A shepherd was found outside the manger but nearby.

It's not the first time it has happened. Baby Jesus was taken last December and in 2004.

In 2004, the statue was found floating in a Quincy river. Last year, it was found in a cemetery 1/2 a mile away.

They are asking anyone with information to call them.
