Jay Talking Travel: Portugal Episode Seven - Nazare On The Beach
Named after a statue of the Virgin Mary, Nazare is a popular beach destination in Portugal. It is known for massive waves and is popular with surfers. Like most of Portugal, Nazare is unsullied by the commercialism apparent in the rest of Western Europe. We were able to get a hotel right on the beach cheap. The air was fresh and the sand and surf invigorating.
