#InflateThis: Brandon Browner Responds To DeflateGate
BOSTON (CBS) -- Brandon Browner is getting ready to face his former team in the Super Bowl, but he had to get something off his chest on Wednesday.
With the Patriots under investigation, and heavy scrutiny, for what is being dubbed "DeflateGate," Browner sent a message to all those questioning the team via Twitter.
"For my 2cents Blount scored 3 rushing touchdowns. He could've carried a beach ball. Also doesn't hurt we only gave up 7 points #inflatethis"
The Pats are accused of using under-inflated footballs in their 45-7 AFC Champiomship win over the Indianapolis Colts. The NFL has launched an investigation on the matter, and reportedly found that 11 of the 12 game balls used by the Patriots were under-inflated.
Bill Belichick said Monday the team will cooperate with the league in their investigation of the matter.
The Patriots will face the Seattle Seahawks, Browner's former team, in Super Bowl XLIX on Feb. 1.
