Horton, Peverley, Paille Join Bruins At Ristuccia
BOSTON (CBS) - The Boston Bruins were back at their normal practice arena in Wilmington on Thursday with some new facing joining the pack as they continue their informal skate sessions.
Forwards Nathan Horton, Rich Peverley, and Daniel Paille and defenseman Aaron Johnson were all present at Ristuccia Arena, joining the handful of teammates that began informal sessions at BU's Agganis Arena earlier this week.
Horton, who saw his last two seasons cut short due to concussions, was cleared for contact over the summer but opted not to play overseas. He hasn't played in an NHL game since January 22, 2012, when he suffered a concussion against the Philadelphia Flyers.
The B's nearly had a full squad on Thursday as Patrice Bergeron, Tyler Seguin, Chris Kelly, Zdeno Chara, Shawn Thornton, Milan Lucic, Gregory Campbell, Adam McQuaid, Dennis Seidenberg, Andrew Ference, Brad Marchand and Tuukka Rask all continued to practice. The only players that have yet to take part in the informal sessions are goaltender Anton Khudobin, forward David Krejci, and defenseman Dougie Hamilton.
Boston general manager Peter Chiarelli and head coach Claude Julian were also at the skate session.

A week-long training camp is expected to get underway this weekend after the NHLPA votes on the new CBA. A 48-game season will reportedly begin on January 19 -- when the Bruins will reportedly host the New York Rangers at the TD Garden.
