In light of the 50th Anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr's "I Have a Dream" speech, which took place on August 28, 1963 at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC, many special events and celebrations took place throughout the country, including the nation's capital, where President Barack Obama delivered a special speech also in front of the Lincoln Memorial.
