A helmet was taken from atop the Fallen Soldier's Memorial at the Natick VFW earlier this month.

There's been a public plea for help, but the helmet has not been found.
A young veteran came into the post this week looking to join the VFW and offered his helmet as a replacement.
"This young fella come in and there was the helmet. A member of the post went out there and reinforced it. If they wanted to take this one, they'd probably have to take the whole rifle and all," 90-year-old VFW member Harry Seaholm told WBZ NewsRadio 1030 Friday.
"We're all pleased as punch!"
