Harvard's Fallstrom Signs Entry Level Deal With Bruins
BOSTON (CBS) - The Boston Bruins signed graduating Harvard senior Alexander Fallstrom to an entry-level contract.
In 32 games this year with the Harvard Crimson (ECAC), Fallstrom scored nine goals and 12 assists.
In his 113-game college career, Fallstrom has 33 goals and 37 assists good for 70 points.
The 6'2'' 203-pound native of Gotenborg, Sweden was drafted Minnesota Wild in the fourth round (116 overall) of 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
The Bruins acquired the rights to Fallstrom, along with Craig Weller and a 2011 second round pick in a 2009 trade that sent Chuck Kobasew to Minnesota.
