Gresh & Zo: Paul Pierce Is A Top 5 Celtic
Paul Pierce had a monster night against the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday as he carried a Rondo-less Celtics to an 87-80 Game 2 win, tying the series at a game apiece.
It prompted Gresh to start Wednesday's show by saying Paul Pierce is a Top 5 Boston Celtic.

"Last night was the snap shot as to why Paul Pierce -- and I never believed Tommy Heinsohn when he said it -- Paul Pierce is a Top 5 Celtic," said Gresh. "Last night reminded you just how special that guy is."
"When you think of Brady, Ortiz, the greatness of Pedro Martinez. In this past decade, even late 1999 and into the 2000's, Paul Pierce in his own way, has been every bit as good as those guys relative to his sports."
Gresh and Zo are feeling good after the Celtics and Pierce pulled the win to even up the series at one apiece. The guys feel that Pierce is deserving of the praise that the other marquee Boston stars garner, such as Tom Brady.
The Celtics showed Boston that they still have some fight left in them and with starting point guard Rajon Rondo coming back in Game 3, Gresh and Zo are letting their green flags fly!
