Gresh & Zo: Haggerty On The Red Sox Saga
CSNNE.com writer Joe Haggerty broke the John Lackey 'double fisting' on the road in Cleveland story last week and this week he's asking the tough questions in the locker room.
The article about players meeting with ownership to discuss manager Bobby Valentine came out before the game on Tuesday and Haggerty seemed to be the only one in the clubhouse to ask Bobby V. about it. Haggerty called to chat with Gresh & Zo to let the guys know what the vibe was like in the clubhouse and where the Sox need to go in the wake of players calling for the firing of Valentine.
After the game Haggerty was around Dustin Pedroia and again was the first to bring up the meeting that took place. He pointed out that Adrian Gonzalez, who texted ownership about the manager which led to the meeting, was no where to be found.
