Gresh & Zo: Did Celtics Get Too Cocky After Four Game Win Streak?
BOSTON (CBS) - Andy Gresh and Scott Zolak opened up today's show discussing the mindset of the Celtics coming off a loss to the Bobcats, ending a four game win streak.
Al Jefferson, the central piece of the seven-player trade that helped the Celtics acquire Kevin Garnett from Minnesota, led the way for the Bobcats, scoring 22 points and grabbing 11 rebounds against his former team.

The Celtics fought hard last night and only lost by six points, but were never really in the game. It was evident from the get go. Gresh and Zo wonder if the Celtics got too cocky after their winning streak.
It's not an idea they came up with on their own.
In fact, it was veteran forward Gerald Wallace who planted the seed in their head based on his postgame comments, calling out the team for lack of effort and being too overconfident.
President of Basketball Operations Danny Ainge echoed those same sentiments this morning on Toucher & Rich, calling it "our worst performance of the year."
Wallace received a lot of flack in the beginning of the season when he called out his teammates for being selfish, but this latest outburst caught the eye of Andy Gresh in a good way.
"I don't know if I want this guy [Wallace] gone. This is a guy they need in that locker room," said Gresh. "His words are going to carry a little something because he's been in the NBA for what feels like forever. That's leadership right there."
Scott Zolak appreciates the honesty of a guy like Wallace and doesn't want him going anywhere, adding that it's going to be awfully tough tanking with a player like that on the roster.
