First Great White Shark Sighting Of Summer Off The Cape
BOSTON (CBS) – It's the first great white shark sighting off Cape Cod this year.
The Atlantic White Shark Conservancy posted video on Facebook of what it says is an 11-foot female eating a grey seal 300 yards off Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge.
This new shark is now part of the Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries' population study.
This is the third year of the five-year study.
