Gil And Gino To Be Reunited, Honored During Patriots-Dolphins
BOSTON (CBS) - For one last time, Gil Santos and Gino Cappelletti will grace the 98.5 The Sports Hub's airwaves during a Patriots game.
Fans will get another opportunity to hear the duo together again for one last time on Sunday when the Patriots close out the regular season against the Miami Dolphins at Gillette.
Gil and Gino, who spent 28 years together calling Patriots games, will be reunited in the booth for the start of Sunday's game and call the first series together.

The two will also be honored by the team at halftime.
While they don't get to hear their calls of the game too often, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and head coach Bill Belichick had nothing but praise for Gil and Gino when asked on Wednesday.
"It's a pretty great twosome they've had for a long time," Brady said. "Gino was a hell of a player here. It's always nice to see both those guys after the game or before the game, and the kind of support that they've given us over the years. I don't get to hear them much on the radio, obviously, but on some of those highlight videos that we've had where you hear Gil's calls, it's pretty special."

"I know Gil and Gino have meant a lot to this organization and I know there is a great affection for them from our fans," Belichick said. "Gil coming back and doing it for one more year; we see him every week on the plane. He's been a real staple for us and he's been very supportive. I've had a good personal relationship with Gil and we'll miss him."
"They'll be missed," Brady added. "They're a great group."
Cappelletti retired as the Patriots radio analyst following last season's Super Bowl loss, with 98.5 The Sports Hub's Scott Zolak taking over for him.
Santos will retire from his play-by-play role at the end of this season.
