Roche: Garden Party Over, Bruins Turn The Page
BOSTON (CBS) - It was another spectacular night in Boston sports history as we watched the Bruins raise their 2010-2011 Stanley Cup banner to the Garden rafters Thursday.
The ceremony had a little bit if everything from Milt Schmidt to Zdeno Chara to Bobby Orr to Tim Thomas to Cam Neely to Mark Recchi.

Meanwhile, the players appreciated the chance to skate around on home ice and raise the Cup to their fans, something they weren't able to do in Vancouver back in June.
And, now they get to move on.
Time to officially say good-bye to last season and move on to this one.
A difficult task in that everyone will be gunning for you and you seemingly can't let up.
We saw that in the Philadelphia Flyers in the opener and we will see it again Saturday night when Tampa Bay comes to town in a rematch of the Eastern Conference Finals.
You could tell two things when it comes to this topic in the Bruins locker room, 1) They sincerely appreciated every moment of this Stanley Cup winning ride and 2) I think they are good to move forward.
It's been pretty long and exhausting because no one lets you celebrate a title like the NHL. It's a party from the second you win it until the night you raise the banner.
I think this early home stretch of hockey will enable the B's to rest up both mentally and physically and rejuvenate themselves.
They should be fun to watch.
And if the opener is any indication it should be great to watch both Tyler Seguin and Brad Marchand this season.
Marchand picked up right where left off from the postseason run while Seguin looks bigger, stronger, and more confident than he did last season.
So celebrate Banner night and dig in to what should be an interesting winter of hockey in Boston.
Looking forward to it.
