Gabriel Yepez, Man Wanted For Alleged Rape Of Child In Dracut, Arrested In Lawrence
LAWRENCE (CBS) - Gabriel Yepez, a Lawrence man charged with multiple counts of raping of a child, was ordered held without bail following his arrest.
Dracut Police asked the public for help tracking him down Tuesday. Hours later, Yepez, 43, was arrested by police in Lawrence.
He's charged with three counts of aggravated rape of a child and three counts of rape of a child with force.
The victim is a child who Yepez knows, police said.
Yepez was arraigned Wednesday in Lowell District Court.
He was ordered held pending a dangerousness hearing on Tuesday.
