Funeral Held For Franklin Siblings Suffocated In Hope Chest
FRANKLIN (CBS/AP) --- The two Franklin children who died after becoming trapped inside a hope chest in their home have been laid to rest.
A funeral Mass for 8-year-old Lexi Jane Munroe and 7-year-old Sean Allan Munroe II was held Monday at St. Mary's Church.

The men in the family wore pink shirts and blue ties in honor of the siblings.
Lexi's first grade teacher attended the funeral. She called Lexi an "angelic being."
"Lexi's outer beauty only reflected the inner beauty that she had within herself," she said. "She was always there to be the peace maker of my class."
A family friend struggled to say good-bye to a young brother and sister once so full of life.
"It's horrible, you don't know how to feel, just unbearable," she told WBZ NewsRadio 1030.
Authorities say the pair became trapped Jan. 12 in a chest that had been recalled because it could only be opened from the outside. The deaths have been ruled accidental.
The siblings' obituary says Lexi loved to dance and sing and play with her doll, Julia. Sean loved to play with his Lego Star Wars, to go fishing and to eat Fluff.
They are survived by their parents and three sisters.
