Friendly's Giving Away Free Fribbles

BOSTON (CBS) – Friendly's is trying to patch up its relationship with its customers by offering free Fribbles Saturday.

The signature shakes will be available from noon to 5 p.m. at all Friendly's locations.

Finding one isn't as easy as it used to be.

Friendly's shut down dozens of its restaurants in the last year as it went into bankruptcy.

The company just came out of Chapter 11.

In a statement, Friendly's said it's celebrating with the giveaway as a way to "help the company reconnect" with its families and friends.
