Flakes Are Falling...

It's 10:30 and flurries are falling in Boston right now...kind of nice!  This weak disturbance is flying by and will leave behind coatings especially from the Pike South including the south shore and maybe even the Cape and Islands.  By tomorrow morning, the sun will be breaking through the clouds and will be out through the rest of the day with milder temps for a change in the mid 40s with no wind...really, really nice!

Sunday still looks very wet with rain developing in the morning picking up late in the day and more so at night.  The rain will taper by Monday morning and when temps will be around 50!  Once the rain stops and the occlusion passes, winds will become westerly and cold air  will be advected into the area.  Temps will go from 50 in the morning to the lower 40s by afternoon.  Following that, much of next week will be like this week...cold, blustery with bouts of sun and clouds and an occasional snow shower.  There is a chance for a steady period of snow late Wednesday into early Thursday as moisture swirls around a storm to our north and east.

Have a great weekend everybody see you on Monday.
