Island Creek's older and extremely popular sister restaurant, Eastern Standard, knows how to put a cocktail list together. But ICOB (as its called by the growing list of fans) turns out smart drinks and presents a thoughtful wine list that pair well with the menu of oysters. Cocktails are seasonal creations developed by Jackson Cannon, the same expert bar manager behind Eastern Standard's creative drinks. The bar has become quite a popular place to see and be seen on any night of the week.
